General Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All shipping quotes are based on weight and dimensions, calculated in real-time during checkout.
We utilize USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Tracking information is provided automatically once your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 6 to 10 days for delivery.
Orders are processed in a timely manner. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing before shipment.
Rates & Delivery
- Orders $75 and Over: FREE Shipping
- Orders Under $75: Flat Rate $7.99
- Items ship via USPS Ground Advantage.Â
Damaged Shipments
Should a shipment arrive damaged or incomplete, please notify the delivery person immediately and file a claim with the carrier. To process a claim, the package must be inspected by a carrier representative in its original condition. Please note that shipping damage claims are settled by the carrier, not ProLine Bike. Contact us if you require assistance with this process.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Standard free shipping applies to all qualifying orders over $75.
