2. User Accounts

If you register for an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Terms of Sale (Products)

• Pricing & Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to impose quantity limits or reject orders. Prices are subject to change.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, duties, or fees. Estimates provided at checkout may be adjusted to reflect actual tax rates.
• Payment: By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. Prepayments (such as PayPal) will be charged in full at the time of order.
• Warranty: Many products are manufactured by third parties. ProLine Bike sells these products "As-Is" and "With All Faults." Your remedy for product defects lies solely with the manufacturer’s warranty.

4. Mobile Service Terms (Repairs)

• On-Site Environment: ProLine Bike requires a safe, accessible area to perform repairs. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed hazardous.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline service on any bicycle deemed structurally unsafe or beyond its safe service life.
• Diagnostics: Quotes provided via the website are estimates. If hidden damage is discovered upon physical inspection, a revised quote will be provided before work proceeds.
• Deposits: Booking deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProLine Bike shall be in no way responsible for the improper use of any merchandise purchased or serviced. Customers are strongly urged to exercise due caution and observe all appropriate safety measures, including the use of helmets, lights, and reflectors.
