24-Hour Notice Requirement
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your mobile service appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another rider on our waitlist.
Appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will have the full $29 deposit transferred to the new date. No additional fees apply.
Cancellations or "no-shows" with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the $29 booking deposit.
Inclement Weather & Safety
Safety is our priority. If extreme weather (heavy rain, high winds, or wildfire smoke) makes it unsafe to perform repairs outdoors or at your location, ProLine Bike will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge. Your deposit will remain fully protected in these instances.
How to Change Your Appointment
The fastest way to adjust your schedule is to reply to your confirmation email or text us directly at 805-286-0149. Please include your name and the original appointment time.
Need to move your weekend slot?
Contact us as soon as possible to avoid deposit forfeiture.
