Step 1 — Book Your Service
Choose your service and book directly online. You’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment window and service details.

Step 2 — Arrival & Setup
You’ll get a message when we’re on the way. Service is performed from a fully equipped mobile workshop stocked with tools and common service parts.
Most standard repairs can be completed immediately without waiting for parts or follow-up visits.
Step 3 — Inspection & Approval
Before any work begins, your bike is checked for safety, wear, and overall condition.
If anything unexpected comes up, you’ll get a straightforward recommendation and price before proceeding.
Step 4 — Service & Testing
Most work is completed on-site, including adjustments, installs, and repairs. Every job includes functional testing to make sure everything works under real riding conditions.
The goal is simple: your bike leaves the appointment riding better, quieter, and more reliable than when it arrived.
Step 5 — Wrap-Up & Payment
After service, you’ll get a quick walkthrough of what was done and any notes to be aware of.
Final payment is handled on-site. Follow-up adjustments (if needed) are handled quickly and without hassle.
