ProLine Mobile Bike & E-Bike Service

Booking a mobile bike service should feel straightforward. No surprises, no confusion, and no awkward handoffs. Here’s exactly how a ProLine appointment works, start to finish.

📅 Current Schedule: We are currently accepting mobile appointments for Saturdays & Sundays. Limited weekday evening slots are available by special request—please call or text to inquire.
Step 1

Before Your Appointment

After booking your service(s), you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with:

  • The specific service packages selected
  • Your confirmed date, time window, and location
  • A reminder about the $29 booking deposit (this secures your slot and is applied directly to your final total)

If you need to adjust your booking, simply reply to the email or text 805-286-0149.

Step 2

Arrival & Setup

You’ll get a text notification when we are en route. ProLine arrives in a high-roof master workshop stocked specialized inventory, including:

  • Precision Tooling: Professional Park Tool bearing presses/extractors and manufacturer-specific hub tool kits (I9, DT Swiss).
  • Inventory: A deep stock of tubes, pads, cables, and e-bike consumables.
  • E-Bike Expertise: Specialized diagnostic tools for D2C motors and high-torque drivetrains.
Step 3

Diagnosis & Master-Tech Review

Before any tools touch your bike, we perform a 10-point inspection to confirm the scope of work. We will flag:

  • Worn parts or potential safety hazards
  • Necessary adjustments for D2C e-bike assembly complexity
  • Safety Notice: ProLine reserves the right to decline service on any bicycle deemed structurally unsafe or beyond its safe service life.

Nothing proceeds without your approval. No surprises.

Step 4

Professional Service & Testing

Most work is completed on-site. Our timeframes include setup, precision mechanical work, and a real-world test ride to ensure performance under load.

  • Standard Tune-ups: ~60–90 minutes
  • E-Bike Hub Drive Flat Repair: ~25–35 minutes
  • Precision Bearing/Hub Service: Varies by component
Step 5

Wrap-Up & Digital Payment

Once your bike is dialed, we’ll review the work and provide an itemized receipt. The remaining balance is collected on-site via our iPad POS (all major cards and digital payments accepted).

After-Service Support: We stand behind our work. If something needs a small adjustment after your first ride, we handle follow-ups at no charge within a reasonable timeframe.
